Quick pic for today: the Omega Speedmaster Racing Co-Axial on rubber strap. If you’re looking for a great every-day that’s just a tad unusual, this is a great one – the yellow accents and brushed dial make this a beautiful watch.

There it is: the down-tuned brother of the 326.32.40.50.06.001. In this black version, it is much more low-key and -probably- suited for business environments. The hobnail pattern makes the subdials stand out rather nicely. The movement, caliber 3330 co-axial automatic with date, leaves very little to be desired for a watch for daily use.

While we have featured the Speedmaster Racing before, we could not resist sharing these two pics – shot during BaselWorld 2013. The Speedmaster Racing is available in quite a few different dial variations but these two, with their signature yellow accents, are without a doubt the most eye-catching. As demonstrated by these pics, the watch is available with either a stainless steel bracelet or a matching rubber strap – we tend to prefer the rubber for this one. Great watches.

We quite like the Speedmaster Racing. There is just enough yellow to make it POP, without making it to in-your-face. It reminds us a bit of the funky Speedmaster Mark II Racing. Wait, wow, is that the same moniker they’re carrying? Such coincidence..
While this particular model is available on a bracelet as well, for once we prefer the strap – it is such a great match! The hobnail pattern and yellow tones of the dial / bezel are matched in grand style by the strap – a killer combination.
