An event paying tribute to the models of the past and today

OMEGA has held a grand celebration in Shanghai in tribute to the 60th Anniversary of the iconic Speedmaster. Guests and fans of the Speedmaster included the Chinese film director and writer Yulin Liu as well as Chinese artist Ding Zhang.

OMEGA’s famous chronograph is renowned for its design and heritage, which includes a role in all six moon landings and many other important moments in the history of space exploration.

At the entrance to the event, guests were able to admire a selection of vintage Speedmaster watches which represented the incredible evolution of the timepiece. At the centre of the venue, the newest OMEGA Speedmasters were also on display, including the Speedmaster 38 mm, the Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer and the Speedmaster 60th Anniversary Limited Edition 38.6 mm.
